areas of specialization include: Second Language Acquisition (SLA),
Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language (TJFL), Computer-Assisted
Language Teaching, and SLA Research Methods. My research focuses
on SLA and TJFL, specifically the effects of communicative interaction
and feedback on learning Japanese and the roles of attention and
awareness in second language learning.
